Meghan Gallo is a dedicated regional attorney at GCC Law in Rogers, Arkansas, with a practice extending across states in the Midwest and the South. With 16 years of experience, Meghan devotes her practice exclusively to representing disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration and in Federal Court.
She earned her undergraduate business degree from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management before moving to Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she excelled academically, earning Dean’s List recognition and her Juris Doctorate in 2010.


Meghan is widely recognized as a national leader in Social Security disability law, particularly in the area of Step Five vocational testimony. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) as the Eighth Circuit representative, is an active member of NOSSCR’s Policy and Governance Committees, and has served as a mentor to NOSSCR attorneys for several years. Her advocacy extends well beyond the courtroom; she has become one of the foremost voices in the country challenging the statistical and methodological integrity of vocational expert job-number testimony, speaking at national and regional conferences on the subject since 2023. In 2024, she traveled to Capitol Hill to meet directly with members of Congress on policy issues facing the disabled community.
Meghan’s practice is defined by her unwavering commitment to advocating for the rights of the disabled. She is known for tackling complex legal challenges and navigating intricate evidentiary and procedural issues, working tirelessly to ensure that her clients receive fair and just treatment before administrative judges and in federal courts alike.
In addition to her legal work, Meghan is a proud parent of a disabled child, giving her a personal understanding of the day-to-day realities her clients face. This lived experience, combined with her professional expertise, deepens her resolve to fight for the rights and well-being of those she represents.
Outside of law, Meghan is an accomplished caver. She holds a fellowship in the Cave Research Foundation, serves as Treasurer of the MOLES Society, and is a member of the Arkansas Association of Cave Surveyors and the National Speleological Society. She and her family reside in Rogers, Arkansas.
